I know I probably sound like a douche for asking this and believe me that isnβt my intentions here.
How many of you have decided to take this time in quarantine to exercise and how often?
My progression so far:
Rough time exercising: 3 weeks (itβs difficult to judge because I keep getting really ill and the doctors are as dumb as a rock here)
Time working in sessions: 30 Minutes to an hour
Weight lost: 1 Stone 8 Pounds
Rough time dieting: 2 Weeks
I think I might document and share once iβve lost a lot more weight, just think itβs something different from what we usually see here.

I do not not keep track of how much I lose,
All I know is that my exercise and diet consists of doing chores, jogging on the treadmill for half an hour till Iβm dripping and covered in sweat, and eating different kinds of fruits on breakfast, skipping lunch and dinner or just eating a little bit for dinner.

That works as well although for uniform muscle development and muscle growth, eating all the essential meals is important and using weights and various exercise methods help accomplish this.
My exercise is just walking up and down the stairs to eat breakfast and staying in the living room until night
