1. You may not have waited long enough. It typically takes 5 days to 2 weeks for a submission to appear on the website.
2. Your submission might be incomplete, such as missing a thumbnail.
3. Your figure may have been declined due to quality concerns, as figures need to meet certain standards or serve a specific purpose.
4. The submission email might be in your ‘concepts’, meaning you didn’t send it. Make sure you actually did send it. You never know 🤷‍♂️
