Yes. You can simply attach it to the email as a file.

Have you pressed that plus icon button near the bottom of the screen? If you did, now you have to choose who you want to send the email to, after that, you press that paperclip icon on the top right, then click attach file. Choose a file on your device and click on the one you want to send, then press the paper plane icon near the top right.
