With things like that you’ve got to learn to just take away the main stand-out aspects of it.
For example with the blade itself start with your primary colour and the shape of the blade. In this case it’s a fade of colours starting with white, going to a very pale red / orange, then to purple and finally to a hot pink. So that would be like 4 gradients.
From there you add detailing layer by layer so you might do, the end of the sword’s detailing, then work your way up.
The easiest option here for someone with your skill level is to just try and make it as is, pixel art I mean.
