What would SCP-173 do to a blind person? Better yet, what would SCP-096 do to a blind person?

And in the background it’s just like:
Sun is shinin’ in the sky
There ain’t a cloud in sight
It’s stopped rainin’ everybody’s in the play
And don’t you know
It’s a beautiful new day, hey hey
Runnin’ down the avenue
See how the sun shines brightly in the city
On the streets where once was pity
Mr. Blue Sky is living here today, hey hey
Mr. Blue Sky please tell us why
You had to hide away for so long (so long)
Where did we go wrong? -

173 – insta kill
096 – nothing
Counter to SCP 173, just wink one eye at a time, you are keeping line of sight at all times while still keeping your eyes squeaky clean
Plot twist, he splits his body in half and one half attacks you while the other stays put
He’d still kill you. It breaks the rules of his game.
how do you people know what SCPs are off the top of your head
what are they like pokemon or something
Easy to learn, and there’s a bunch of you tubers summarizing them.
Some scp’s are so iconic that you just know them over time.
173 – Peanut
096 – Shy guy
682 – Lizard that basically won’t fucking die
There’s also some just funny ones that are just so good you can’t forget the numbers because you subconciously would want to read them again or smth

http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-666-and-a-half-j
Only the most famous scp’s r known, but I bet nobody can figure out who SCP-526 is without looking it up
Since you asked, I’ll explain what happens.
173:
Scp-173 is known as a statue that only moves and kills if you don’t make eye contact, it’s like a staring contest but in a death-like way. If a blind D-class enters SCP-173’s chamber, The D-class will instantly die without noticing.
096:
Scp-096 doesn’t like being looked at unless they give him eye contact. so if a Blind D-class encounters Scp-096,He’ll do nothing but if the Blind D-class attacks the Shy Guy He’ll neutralise the D-class.
