I can see that being the case, sometimes I see comic/manga panels and I just feel bad for the artist knowing damn well they spent hours on some background just for someone to spend 0.3 seconds reading the words on that panel and moving on lmao
I wanted to make progress on SNCA and had some cool ideas but the first shot requires a massive background and wouldn’t be fitting without it.
Drawn backgrounds are a bigger pain in the ass to deal with especially rocky terrain.
