Maybe it happend because there has been rumors of zombies or people getting quarantined and they didn’t liked it, idk
Riot started because the city was literally brought to a lockdown, MNPA which is the police force of the city were assisting RSU in quarantining the city, no families could come visit nor could they leave, they were kept in strict security measures to ensure safety which made the public unhappy.
