Trade idea,
Minecart (with a chest of course) system.
It links with them and you can put items in, send it over, and they return it with that iron.

The system so you can re-use it if you ever need to, maybe even link some redstone up to it, making it change paths that can lead to everybodies bases maybe (except for the trolls and griefers ya know?)

Also, if looking to trade iron i would trade coal in mass (10 blocks of coal) for 40 iron.

(P.s, dont ban griefers, force them to sleep in a cell in the citadel made of obsidian and just feed them so they cant leave till freed)
