design description: so I wanted to make him look more pimp-esque.the fishnet on his hat is to cover the scar on his left eye. and he lost his wings due to harm he caused himself

lore: Val is completely blind. his left eye has a scar caused by an exorcist angel and his right was blinded by himself when he was messing with a ground up angelic metal powder. even though he is blind he uses echolocation with those antennae. my take is Val used to own a porn studio but lost it due to a deal with Vox. and due to losing his most prized possession (angel dust) he started doing bodily harm to himself, and after many attempts to kill himself he,realizating he had nothing left, moved into the Hazbin Hotel.
