    ᴀɢᴇ
16 (age at death; does not age further)
    ꜰᴏʀᴍ
Melissa appears as a teenage girl with long, messy hair . Her posture is tense and hunched, as if bracing herself against something unseen. During emotional spikes, her face may distort an warp in an attempt to scare off whoever she seems threatening. When distressed, dark streaks resembling ink or tears leak from her eyes. Her form often appears as a rendered 2D cartoon.

    ᴡᴇɪɢʜᴛ
    ~50 kg (110 lbs)
    ᴄʜᴀʀᴀᴄᴛᴇʀɪꜱᴛɪᴄꜱ
Not overtly malicious, but deeply bitter. Melissa resents the living—especially those who get to move on, grow, and be seen. She masks her loneliness with sarcasm, annoyance, and reckless behavior. Her actions are often impulsive rather than cruel.

Melissa still exists on Earth, but only through the internet. She reads through forums, inboxes, and comment sections. While she isn’t actively malicious, she holds a quiet hatred for everyone who gets to live normally—people who can log off, walk away, and be remembered.
To cope with that resentment, she interferes. Sometimes it’s malicious:unsettling pop-ups, typically photos of gore and other shock horror. Other times it’s petty spam emails sent at odd hours, false alerts, or nonsense messages meant to confuse or irritate.
Despite everything, she still has moments where she simply watches, wishing she could see her family and friends again.
