Update: the judge didn’t speak to me as I was underage and was not allowed into the courtroom, but my mom so far is winning thankfully. She also mentioned that my dad hasn’t payed her all of the child support that he owes when he makes around $1,000 a month when the child support is only at least $200. So the Judge might have my dad pay more for it since he doesn’t want to pay the minimum. But thank you all for wishing me and my mom luck, I think it worked lol
