They haven’t made carriers, though. Kuznetzsov is the only one they’ve made if I recall.

Fair. I’d argue to accurately assess their carrier capabilities, we’d have to wait for the Russian Government to stop fucking off and actually invest in their military properly and make a few more. But they neglect their Navy to all hell so we’ll probably never see any more Russian Carriers.
