Well….. in my opinion I wouldn’t take it down because you didn’t make a stickfigure of it. If it would be taken down we would have to take down every gun, car, plane, tank and etc. because technically we didn’t make it. We’d only traced it that’s my reasoning behind why I wouldn’t take it down.
Actually I did make a stk of it, on discord he literally admitted that he traced it, plus we have staked evidence against him

they look structurally different though?
the mouth, shape of the skull, jaw, neck/neck bump, etc
things based on a “real life” thing (scp, goku, etc) are gonna look similar…
