    • are you for real proficient in Chinese? what form?

China /Asia is the next market I want to target with SN, but been putting it off because of how different it is from current app languages, need a whole new alphabet etc – haven’t researched it much yet

now this is going to be a dumb question

          but is that “chinese-chinese”

as in, is that the language that would be used in apps in mainland China?

because I always see things like “Chinese (traditional)” and Chinese (simplified)” etc

Simplified and traditional are the same, it’s just that simplified is easier for translation

so are mandarin and chinese (simplified) different?

anyway, so you really know chinese? Like all those hieroglyphic-looking things and all that stuff, the whole deal?

because boi I’m about to hire tf out of you (translators get some moneys)

              • Replying to: Ralph (Developer)so are mandarin and chinese (simplified) different? anyway,

Traditional and Simplified are Mandarin, and those hieroglyphics are characters in Chinese, there are sort of like kanji, Hangul, etc.

Finally, I’m 15 and a half, where I’m from, I need to 17 in order to get a PayPal account

also a lot of the translators are paid through either paypal or steam gifts or android gift cards, etc
