Good lesson that no one will listen to that’s important for animation, when making a scene, make sure the audience can understand what’s going on. Complexity is cool and all but if there’s so much going on in the screen it’ll just be visual clutter. Like too many camrea cuts, impact frames, effects and dynamic frames. When making an epic scene just make sure it’s not confusing for people watching to see.



Yes, good pacing is important as well across certain movements.
For example if you pace it correctly you can make an enemy pull a facial expression despite about to being punched.
also take advantage of blur, make the audience focus their eyes on what you want them to be seeing
