The best answer is that, as this is a 13+ site, you need to be 13+. That’s the nature of mature content. I looked through the rules, and I didn’t see a written guideline stating an age requirement (that I could see, might be wrong), but in a general sense, you shouldn’t be on these internet websites if below 13. Really, if you’re a kid under 13, you shouldn’t be on the internet AT ALL, but that’s an issue for another time.
Also, no flak against your boy, but it’s not like he’s actually banned, he only vaguely self-imposed a waiting period for himself lol
