Whatever feels right

It really is dependent on a variety of factors enough to say that there is no right or wrong way.

To help narrow it down though for a beginner I would say try between 20 and 40, 30 perhaps or 25.

Look into animating on 1’s, 2’s and 3’s and remember that adding effects to accentuate the movements is a great choice.
