what you should do is create pose 1 (the start/standing pose)
then pose 2 (the goal/end pose – in this instance, giorno with his arm extended behind him in a dramatic fashion)
then you fill in the in-between frames
at that point, you can even cheat with “add tweened frame” where the app does (most) of the work for you (keep feet locked in place or whatever is applicable, though, you will need to do fine adjustments like this if you use “add tweened frame”)

but how do I make animation slow down and it doesn’t get bad

In all my animations I always use the interpolation am I doing it wrong?
