For the last halcyon elite I’m thinking some kind of masked guy with the ability: mind
Basically his brain is stronger than all the other elites put together and can do mind related stuff, like Mind control if he focuses hard enough, but takes double damage if attacked while focusing, telekinesis etc
If y’all have any ideas for this guy, lemme know :p
