Sorry to hear that, if you have undergone a seriously harmful event physically or mentally you should try and get in contact with someone you can trust even a medical professional and consult them on the matter.
Obviously it might be challenging to do not do I know the full scope of what’s gone on today but just be careful and stay safe.
