Facts : nobody plays RTS, fighting games or racing games no more ( okay okay BeamNG and Forza Horizon is an exception alright ? )

Because they all have one thing in common : the AI is a cheating son of a bitch

In RTS games, you have to content with fog of war, the map is hidden by fog and you have to send your soldiers to uncover it

Well the AI doesn’t give a shit about that, it also gains resources much faster than you can say ” Civilization ! ”

So you just made a barrack, nope ! Motherfucking Abdul-Al-Hamsamalhamahed the 74857th has already invaded your city and your HQ is destroyed !

In fighting games, you figuratively, literally, mentally and physically CANNOT enjoy the damn game because you have to play dance dance revolution just to punch someone, and also because the AI cheats, and doesn’t do a good job at hiding it

So you do LP+LP+ -> + LK + HP to finish off your opponent, NOPE ! , get blocked every single time, or worse, get counter-attacked ( even though you literally cannot do it, the AI breaks the game just to ” keep the player engaged ” )

Attempt to do a Shoryu-Reppa on Sakura, nope ! Apparently she can Shoryuken you in the middle of it !

After 12 hours of trying to replicate what Sakura did, it became painfully obvious to me that the player’s rules and limitations clearly aren’t the AI’s rules

What about racing games ? Well, try to be 1st place for 5 seconds with your upgraded 10+ million bucks Buggati Chiron and then a fucking Volkswagen Beetle zooms right by you at light speed, and don’t even think about catching up, you can’t

Only way around that is to delibirately downgrade your car, or play badly so the AI goes easy on you*
