How long do you normally take because I definitely take long to make decent ones but one third of the time to make regular
At least for me, Motivation plays a big role in how long a animation takes.
So you’re saying that being motivated means you work faster?
What happens when you get animator’s block because you know what you will do ahead but don’t know how to animate it in that moment
I’d say before getting into the bigger things you want to do, maybe try making other smaller animations just to get the hang of it. I’ve been doing it since June of last year.
Ok, but you still hit some dead ends for a while trying to put exactly what you pictured in your head and that comes the hard part when it doesn’t turn out as well despite being your best
Of course Ive run into similar situations like you, one day I do want to make some proper fighting animations, but it still feels far from happening. Have you tried watching tutorials? Or anything that might help?
Well, not really, I don’t feel too interested and they divert me from my unique style so I only watch them once in a while for reference or to see how others create
