Story and humor are inapplicable to this animation, so I won’t critique them.
Though this says it is a collab, this is actually all made by one person, so I can critique it fully. It doesn’t necessarily provide much in the context of entertainment. It’s another generic DBZ fight. I’m still hoping to see a fight that could really show the intensity and display of power in DBZ, but these SN animations aren’t making the cut, with this one as another example. The animation quality is decent but there are a lot of noticeable hiccups. Attacks don’t have much impact and the effects are rather lacking. There isn’t much else to say, other than to summarize it as a mediocre fight. It’s unmemorable and isn’t worth much consideration for what it presents. Pacing is off and the dialogue is not the best. Overall, it could be much better.
Well. The animation here is good and the action is also pretty decent. What pulls this down is it still is just another DBZ animation. It needs more to stand out. The visuals are quite lacking but average. There needs to be more intensity and it lacks a lot of that. Alongside the pacing with the fight being interrupted by dialogue an awful lot like most of these SN DBZ fights. Still hangs around that average mark, but it’s an improvement.
