Humor is inapplicable to this animation, so I won’t critique it.

This is another AOT SN parody, except it combines original cast characters with new ones. Because I don’t have enough time to get into this series yet, I will instead review this singular episode. The dialogue is mostly complete and correct spelling, which is actually rare considering most SN series, but it still is quite bad. Pacing is pretty butchered as well, and most characters blend in with each other in personality way too much. They are less characters and more devices to move the plot forward. Granted, this is what all characters are, but the difference I speak of is that stories are supposed to convey realistic characters or at the very least make them seem intelligent and making their own decisions, rather than just asking questions for the sake of moving the plot forward or recapping on actions. The animation movements are not as precise as they could be as well, and the titan fight specifically didn’t have much impact to them. There are also some scenes where inspiration from the show clearly took effect, and those are the best parts of the animation itself. However, there isn’t a clear incentive to watch this show, because it doesn’t add anything unique or interesting to the original AOT concept save for recolors and new characters. It’s just better to watch the original show than this. Sometimes, watching parody content is on par with show content, but this really doesn’t create anything unique or of importance.

This was quite boring. The animation was average but rough in areas. You need to have more than just polished movements to convey good animation. Tension is lacking considering characters will lose limbs but show no pain or shock. They just kinda shrug it off and are like “well I didn’t need that anyway.” Visually this is rather bland and all the colors in the animation appear oversaturated. The story is quite lacking with a simple, go here, then here, more plot is added. Characters are killed off like side characters and certain concepts and ideas make no sense and just are implemented to bring the story forward. Characters have no personality and all blend in along with their designs. This ends up being quite average in the end with only the fight scenes which are lacking to make up for the rest of it.
