Story and humor are inapplicable to this animation, so I won’t critique them.
This is a very bad fight sequence. It’s animated well, but the rest of the video is very lacking in quality. It’s clear this wasn’t very well planned out and was just an animation test, but regardless, it displays quite the lack of quality overall in regards to the specific fight and angles. Punches have no impact, pacing is all over the place, and the ending of the animation is particularly rushed. Not a memorable animation, and certainly not worth taking the time out of one’s day to find only 30 seconds of content and 8 seconds of actual fighting within that. Animation is good, nothing else is. Very mediocre.
This really lacked substance. While the animation is very well done for the most part, there isn’t much that catches interest and it feels rough in that matter. Theres pretty much a fight which takes up a quarter of the animation. In terms of the angles used though with that cool little Mortal Kombat style kill really make the visuals interesting. But they remain average as the background is lacking and it just ends up feeling like a test animation. But theres isn’t enough and it feels like it was just like you gave up near the end.
