This is a solid trailer for certain, but it does have some bugs all-around as well. The beginning of the trailer doesn’t leave enough time to see the names of each character, and pacing could certainly be worked on. It does its job as an opening well by introducing the characters and showing fights.
Honestly, I believe this is a good animation to refer to people when they argue that stick figures all look the same because any animator actually invested in the animators behind these characters can recognize each one. I certainly did, even without the names at the beginning. Simple design is an effective design, and you don’t need to be filled with detail in order to be memorable. That is very well shown within the community, and that is well shown here too.
The angles themselves shown aren’t too special, and it could certainly do more as an animation to introduce any form of dynamic angles or lightings.
Overall, it’s decent work. It accomplishes its job as an opening by introducing all the characters and showing their affiliations, but could certainly provide more.
A weaker 3/5.

KaijynnJust your friendly local cryptid. I'll eat your bones.
A decent animation, but nothing mind-blowing. Visually, it mostly just consists of character shots and small snippets of fight scenes, so it isn’t anything that’s very visually pleasing. While it does utilize some good camera angles, that doesn’t save it from being a bit underwhelming.
Plot-wise, this animation does a poor job of being an intro. All it does is show shots of characters, along with small bits of fights, rather than showing anything plot-relevant. No symbolism or anything is used to convey any semblance of an actual plot, and that’s typically something an intro is supposed to at least somewhat touch upon. Humor isn’t present, too, but in intros, that part is optional.
Another animation without anything for story and humor, but understandable as this is supposed to just be an opening. It does a good job of showing the characters. Do I remember a lot of them, not at all since alot of them carry rather generic designs. Many of them are ridiculously similar which I can’t exactly fault you for how some of the other people designed their characters, but they are still part of the animation. Many disapointing and non unique designs, but at the same I can recognise some of them which are pretty good. Visually it isn’t stunning, but it does the job. The quick flashed of the characters had enough contrast that I could see the names and the characters and process the quick image in my head. Very well done there. Theres use of backgrounds, split shots, ect. In short theres variety. Considering it’s an opening, I don’t expect much from it, but I gotta say that this is in fact an entertaining animation which provides quick entertainment.

so this is old
PL Team Slave OwnerStill is an animation. If this is old, I won’t judge your ability on it, but it still is gonna be rated on it’s quality.
