Humor is inapplicable to this animation, so I won’t critique it.
Having to sit through all 27 minutes of this so I could fairly critique it was painful. I did that. I subjected myself to this by watching all 27 minutes to be fair to the animation. I did that.
Sometimes, it’s hard to identify where to start with the problems.
For a movie, the storyline is completely nonexistent. All that happened was a bunch of zombies were created by a red guy and he now wants all humans to die. That’s the motivation, just killing people. These people happen to survive, beat the red dude, and make it to NASA to get on a rocket and escape. But the protagonist sacrifices himself for the other two people. There are so many plotholes, so many inconsistencies, so many errors in logic, all of which I’m not diving into because it’s not worth it.
The animation is boring to watch, the pacing is janky and inconsistent. The entire animation feels slow, it’s just unfun to see. This is really just 27 minutes of anti-entertainment. Plenty of better things to do in that time than watch all of this. Just don’t subject yourself to watching this, trust me. It’s not worth it. The only reason I kept going through was for the sake of the critique. It’s forgettable, bad, inconsistent, and most importantly, boring. These ingredients combine to make this movie.
This was really rough. Storywise and animation wise. The story line was pretty bland with zombies showing up, the military making the zombies, red guy want’s all humans to die, a group of survivors forms and heads to NASA to pretty much just escape. They have no reason why really to head to NASA, but they do it, and protagonist sacrifices himself cause he’s infected. Whether him amputating his arm means anything or not, we don’t know. But we know his sacrifices himself. The plot is just generic with characters having little to no personality. Visual bugs constantly show up and the animation is really rough. There’s a few moments during fights where it is really good, but other than that, animation is pretty rough. Though I will give it credit for having a story attempted unlike many SN series.
1/5

TLDR: Just don’t.
