Story and humor are inapplicable to this tryout, so I won’t critique them.
I just came back from reviewing one of Braker’s works, just to review another, and the same problem reoccurs. Despite that, the animation is very solid.
The fighting is very intense and fast-paced, as is Braker’s signature style, and it is very enjoyable to view. The angles are very nice and contribute quality for the audience with a dynamic perspective while still being understandable and easy to follow.
The problem, yet again, is the pacing. The dialogue slows the entire fight down, and Braker goes from “bye bye” to Vietnam flashbacks very quickly. The dialogue slows the fight itself down, and the more angry Braker transition happens way too quickly. Despite this, the animation remains at a pretty high quality, and if it weren’t for these pacing problems, it would be ranked pretty high.
It is still an enjoyable and cool animation to watch, and I recommend it for any viewers who are looking to see a cool fight.
Not much to look at here since it’s a really short animation. Effects are pretty good but overall the visuals of the animation aren’t anything too special. Just average at the most. But the animation alone carries this to a 3/5 since it is interesting to watch everything here. It really is entertaining especially that contrast between the two characters here. It’s not generic with both of them having the same powers. Big problem here is the ridiculous pacing. But other than that, Amazing work.
