This is 1VAN, to sum things up, he is a former cop who lost his arm in combat and then replaced it with a robot arm he stole from a laboratory during a tour of the building.

After he stole the arm, he starting fighting crime again as a vigilante. His name is Ivan but, he made the I a 1 because he thaught it would be cool. Also, he has a T.V. for a head because, why not?
