In 1984 the television series The Transformers premiered, and on the second season of said series showed the battle hungry Warpath, an autobot tank that wanted to get the most action out of a battle. By rolling in a loud alternate mode and yelling sound effects every time he fired, he was a major hitter to the Decepticons.

In Early 2010s, the Transformers Generations released the Deluxe Warpath Action figure, and this sticknode is heavily inspired from said figure.
