“Wolfang is no lone wolf. He is a team player through and through, effortlessly integrating himself into whatever Maximal unit he finds himself entrenched with. This "strength in numbers" mentality is only enhanced by his given beast mode; he has even developed an affinity with actual, flesh-and-blood wolves. Wolfang does his best work under cover of night, relishing tracking down Predacons while cloaked. Once he has his quarry, Wolfang prefers to call in the rest of his Maximal "pack" to help finish the job.”

So this Wolfang design was done so I could use him as a base for similar characters like K-9 in the future. As for his girth, I made him slimmer in both modes to make him less chunky. In the design, the beast mode head was traced from the original toy, while the wolf limbs were reused from other characters for simplicity. I also decided to give him a lighter color belly, as well as his paws being lighter due to that being present on the original toy. Due to his transformation, he has a bunch of layering changes.
