Master- 10 – DNA Sample of a Spartan and Energy Sword
Height: 6 feet 11 inches
Master Cheif was in a battle with Ben and the Ultimatrix returned Ben to his human form when Master Chief hit the Ultimatrix with an Energy Sword. This sampled Master Chief’s armor and DNA but fused it on accident with the energy from the Energy Sword.

Height: 11 feet 5 inches
When Ben traveled to the Aftermath universe, he met Epitaph. The Ultimatrix scanned him but it was incomplete. The Ultimatrix sample was 1/4 of what it needed. So he scanned Kaiju and Charex Thar’s corpse (lol that’s what you get because the Raid repellent didn’t work). Roux was indeed a challenge to find. Ben transformed into KryptoKnight to find Roux. He found her but the Rouxian defense systems are very strong. He quickly transformed into Big Chill and phased through the wall. He scanned her quickly while she was asleep. He phased out and transformed into Clockwork to escape.

Alien One-Zero – DNA Sample of a Mutated Godzillasaurus
Height: 499 feet 11 inches
In the canon in Ben 10 Prime universe Godzilla was woken by a fight between Waybig and Trumbipulor and ate Trumbipulor. Ben couldn’t save him so he scanned Godzilla’s DNA and transformed into Alien One-Zero (Reference to Godzillas’s alias Monster Zero-One) and defeated Godzilla because Ben was more intelligent in that form than Godzilla ever was.

Acidmorph - DNA Sample of a Xenomorph
Height: 13 feet 4 inches
The Xenomorph's found Ben’s Earth and attempted to take over with their overgrowing population but failed. Upon the weeks that it took to exterminate every last Xenomorph, Ben gained the DNA sample of every Xenomorph and fused it into one Alien. Ben doesn’t like this form that much and refrains from using it because it will cause fear to the people of Earth and its way too aggressive.

Before Ben was in Rex’s world, he was fighting Alpha in the weird Portal form the Null Void. He scanned Alpha but needed a more precise sample of Alpha’s coding. Fast-forward into the fight when Alpha absorbed all the nanites from the bug jar and when Alpha recreated the Ultimatrix, the sample was recorded when Alpha second touched the Ultimatrix. Ben got 2 new transformations; Shocksquatch and Delta.

Ben doesn’t even know where he got this alien. Its homeworld is destroyed when Ben recreated the Universe because he wasn’t perfect when he recreated it. This entire species hates him and wants him dead. They currently took over a uninhabited planet. That planet has enough resources to recreate civilization. They will attack Ben and destroy the Milky Way starting with Sun. And when Mama Vreedle said she had seen worse than Toepick's face, this is what she meant.

8/10 of the figures are ideas that were already made I just fit them to be Ben's aliens. Some of them I changed some of their designs so they wouldn't be exact copies.
