Reymi "Boomer" Brown has the ability to turn herself into light for a few seconds to travel. She can cover 100 miles in her allotted time, but usually travels short distances. When she uses her power she recharges every 3 seconds. She also can't do anything to anyone in this form, and if someone is able to control light, use mirrors, or do anything to disrupt light she'll immedatly go back to normal.She wears collars/chokers that double as projectiles and pikachu sized robot helpers(they can grow and shrink from pikachu to an ant). The robots have minds of their own but loyaly obey Boomer. Finally, boomer is a 20 years old who doesn't have that much experience when it comes to fighting, or any real formal trainig. She knows how to "street fight" and has no real honor when it comes to fighting. She'll ussaly use foreighn objects, use her robots to attack, or just straight up try and kill the person. She’s really fond of trying to break appendages.
