Well, technically, bounty hunters are authorized by state law to search for wanted criminals with massive BOUNTIES and bring them to justice to get said bounties.

Sorry, but I just like explaining what bounty hunters specifically are because one of my friends thinks that bounty hunters and hitmen are the exact same.
