Celestia - Evolved Female Conductoid

Origin: Celestia is Raid Lock’s child who was created in a lab. She is the prime version of an evolved Conductoid (In a simulation, she evolved by 500,000 Years in a worst case scenario war zone, then that DNA was converted to match her DNA). She is very young though her body shows that she is like an 20 year old human. A couple minutes before she was released out of her chamber, SmartZ gave her essential knowledge for her to understand what is going on around her. Because of this, she is very aware of surroundings.

Effects: Electric Battle Ground [She can create a battleground around her made up of electricity (Similar to Tapu KoKo in Pokemon) which allows her to become more agile and fast. Her electric moves deal more damage
