An experimental unit that operates under the same branch as the CIB Hunters.
These guys are prototype special forces thats role is a Fast reaction force made to counter Creatures of Inhuman aBilities. However, unlike the Hunters, these guys are just made to minimize damages and civilian casualties until hunters or the military get to their location. As such, these guys focus on defense and taunting rather than combat expertise. While they are still good in combat, they aren't as good as hunters. They also use the same power vest as hunters. These guys are just the prototype versions of the full force, with the next ones having more gadgets
I also realise that it is Creatures of Inhuman aBilities because if it was "Abilities" then it would be called C.I.A
