OK, this is a Colt New Model Revolving Rifle, known as Colt Carbine as well. It has the revolver chamber and the model looks like a rifle (stock, barrel, etc.) It used many bullets from .38 until .64 caliber. The weapon can use 5 or 6-bullet chamber. It is used during the American Civil War. By the way, soldiers disliked it, maybe. This gun is based from 1855 Sidehammer Pocket Gun.
