– Lack of trigger guard on V. II, since that’s Ravenfield’s weapon philosophy (most guns don’t have triggers, primitively-modeled guns don’t have trigger guards).
– Shorter, as it was based on the “Cavalry Carbine” configuration, making it 100 cm in length instead of 125 cm.
– I forgot some details on the breech area. I also wanted the gun to have a “ramp” similar to Springfield Trapdoor models (allows better case extraction). -

Also, my Borderlands creature phobia from 10 years ago kicks in. I chickened out in most spiderant fights, not because I\’m an arachnophobe (debatable), it\’s that one of the attacks is them rushing towards you at 30 miles per hour.
Fighting threshers is somewhat tolerable. Still ugly as hell giant worms, but at least tolerable.
