Dino Ethan's powers had an unkown origin, but then it was realized he wasn't the only one with them.

Another person known as Drake had the same powers, but a more feral and sinister version of it due to the fact that Drake was not a good person and committed many crimes.

And so his new name was Drakiunus and his version of the power made it so he stayed in that form forever and soon Rotten Pizza found him and drakiunus Joined Rotten Pizza's Team of Villains.
