Dragons don’t always have wings.
But when they do, they don’t look anything similar to dinosaurs.
Yet most say they are the same because most dinosaurs were inspired by ancient dragons and dragons today are inspired by dinosaurs.
So technically they could be counted as the same because they both have the same face shape and general appearance.
So I’m going to have to agree with cat here; They are very alike and can be represented has to same.
