Yes, or at the very least when it’s a close-up shot the effect can get added in.
Adding it from afar would just hurt the node limit and not look as good.
How tf u supposed to animate with ths
– Position it
– Colour it
– Increase the frame rate
– Don’t use tween or put it as a movie clip if wanted

You could although it has curves and gaps that make it look more liquidy.
