The Villain of Stick Nodes itself. She is a childish and clumsy Villain but nonetheless Sadistic and Maniacal beyond any other's potential. She plans to kidnap Ralph and use his 'Coding powers' to allow her to control the site, opening the floodgates to all the thousands of bad figures that never got uploaded (like the regular figures with a scarf).

PS: Ralph, i'd start hiding if i were you...

Ralph's edit: Lol wow... Is this actually not based on some already-existing character from a show or something? Very interesting.

No! V-Cam rotation was SO young!

Well, yes it was based off something. She was based heavily off of the personality and design of Lord Dominator from the ‘Wander over Yonder’ series. Empress Roux is meant to be an extremely cruel and villainous character while being a funny and almost childish villain simultaneously, in which Dominator is both of.
