the best way to obtain powerful gear from the illusive Legendary SCAR to a mere Grey Pistol. they're fairly quick to open and will often be fought over in more populated locations like Snobby Shores, Pleasant Park and the ever notorious Tilted Towers. i myself usually find the most joy when getting an RPG as it guarantees i'll get at least one easy kill.
