I made Dark Souls remastered , and it’s not that hard , the real thing is that your xp is your money too and when you die you you can get it back , but if you die while tring to take it back , it’s lost forever.if you realy don’t want to die 1000 of time , you just need to know some tips to progress more easely like :

-take the masterkey as your start item , you will be able to skip capra demon and gaping dragon

-befor the taurus demon , you can get a ring that up your def when low life , who’s bad at high level , but can save you at low level . first , you need to clear the area to kill the black knight easely , after what you parry him to death (cuz it’s ez) , and the ring is yours .
there’s also a door just befor taurus demon’s that get you to havel , who can one shot you at low level but he’s easy to backstab and he drop a very good ring for all level , who make you able to carry +50% (1/4) of the max weight you can carry (ps:there’s not one black knight in the game)

-when you arrive at the undead town , finde the seller and buy the house key to get golden pine resin (make your weapon electric) to beat more easely the taurus demon (weak to electricity)

-at the undead perish , go lite the fire and go farm 20 000 souls and buy the crest of astorias , then , go to darkroot wood , open the giand door , lite the fir behind a fog wall at the left of the door and go fight the moonlight buterfly , he’s easy and give you the howly ember (you’ll need that for the cathacombs) then go through the door that you’ve opened and go farm here (don’t join alvina or you won’t be able to farm anymore , or do it wile you have another oath , so you can join it , then if you need to farm , switch to another oath)

-at blightown ,get down and walk along the wall on the right to the fire , reverse your holowing and fight mildread to get her butcher knife (can drop it on 2 butcher who don’t respawn and don’t dropt it at 100% chance on the depth) and then get yourself ~45 upgrade it to +15 and get ~45 strength , now , you can stagger (stun for a second) some bosses like Smough (he’s very big and when you stager him in 3 hit , you’re happy cuz they’re 2 and you can roll to avoid the small while the big is staggered)

also , fundamental rules :

-you can’t parry every mob
-if you don’t know if you cand block a mob , dodg him , it’s more safe
-check your life , stamina , and estus flask , by doing that , you know if you can parry a mob or if you have to dodg him (parry without enough stamina will stagger you , and it’s the best way to get killed
-if you do fat roll , change helemet , gauntlets or other , why ? caus fat roll are not safe like midle or fast roll caus it’take longer to do the roll and get up
-if you don’t have the level for a enemie , unless you know how to fight or parry him , don’t try or run if you need to go through there (exept for mage and preast)
