Kyle is a person who never cared about what others think. He was always sorta upbeat, and he never actually cared. He also seriously likes DuckTales. He found his life very boring until an old friend came back in contact- Leon. Now he lives to raid the Federation, those annoying tyrants, with his friends Matt, Ben, and Leon.

Strength - 7/10. He never really cared about it.
Endurance - 9/10. He's been through a spot or two.
Speed - 10/10. He was ALWAYS running. Because when stuff goes wrong well...
Intelligence - 10/10. He was always top of the class, because he put everything he could into being very smart.

Sniper Rifles - 0/10. No. Just- no.
LMGs - 4/10. He'll use them if he have to but he would rather not.
Rocket Launcher - 2/10. He seriously cannot do it.

As a child, Kyle (this timeline) had some horrible stuff happen. He went insane.
At 12, he was learning about stuff you shouldn't learn until college. At 16, he created the Sahara-H (the rifle Explosive Bullet Made), a powerful weapon.
At 24, he learned to jump timelines.
Then his idea came.. He should take another Kyle's place.
And that's where we'll stop.
