In the manga (I haven’t seen the anime yet) he is half naked, its not a skin suit or anything similar. It is confirmed multiple times
evidence?There is a scene where his junk flops over with the curse bubble covering it and he turns to adjust it. Also, he’s based off of Centerman, a half naked comedy character. You can clearly see it is his bare skin, not a suit. Kusakabe comments on it and confirms half of his junk is sticking out, because he is half naked.
