The GNT-0000 00 Qan[T] (aka 00 Qan[T] (pronounced "Double-Oh Quanta")) is the successor to the GN-0000+GNR-010 00 Raiser introduced in the movie Mobile Suit Gundam 00 The Movie -A wakening of the Trailblazer-. It is piloted by Setsuna F. Seiei.
The 00 Qan[T] fulfilled its role as a machine for dialogue when Setsuna used the Quantum Burst and successfully communicated with the extraterrestrial known as "Extraterrestrial Living-metal Shape-shifter (ELS)".
This dialogue was realized with aid from a small Veda terminal installed in the cockpit of the 00 Qan[T] to manage the vast information sent by the ELS.
Additionally, the consciousness data of the Innovade, Tieria Erde, was transferred to the terminal, allowing him to provide various support to Setsuna.
Contradictory as it may sound, the 00 Qan[T]'s powerful combat capabilities are in line with its purpose as a machine for dialogue, as its battle prowess is regarded as a means for breaking through obstacles in the process leading up to the dialogue.
The 00 Qan[T] is also capable of long-distance quantum teleportation when in Quantum Burst mode, enabling Setsuna to reach the ELS' distant home planet in an instant.
