That’s a good figure you made but the fc is trash in my opinion.

Ok, in all seriousness, you know what this guy needs? A defining trait. Because right now, he’s just lookin’ like a grey hedgehog, nothing more.

He just needs something to make him stand out y’know?

Give him some powers, or a cool personality trait.
And make him look less like Sonic, but still like a hedgehog.

Here’s my recommendations:
Have something going on with the head.
If you take a look at any of the official hedgehog characters they all have something unique with there spines.
Sonic of course has the classic spines which work as a base for the others.
Shadow has the red stripes and altered spines.
And Silver has a very unique shape to his nothing like the other two, making him stand out.

Add some colour, make the shape more unique, they look way to similar to Sonic’s.

And do something about those gloves, they’re just Sonic’s but black. Add some details.

And finally, give him a character! Because I don’t see much personality here, besides maybe being reclusive.

And that people, is how you give constructive criticism, and not just say, “uR oCs trAsH iTS GrEy sOnIc kYs”.
