The Elite Minor from Halo Reach!

The Elites, also known as Sangheili, are natives to Sangheilios, being one of the two founding species of the Covenant, alongside the San'Shyuum, until more species were added to the Covenant.
The Sangheili can be considered a proud race of honourable warriors, and their intelligent minds make him suitable for leadership roles within the Covenant, their ranking power is similar to the Jiralhanae, who could lead other Brutes, other lowly species of the Covenant except the Sangheili, Brutes are like the opposites of Jiralhane, savage, dishonourable warriors, so naturally, a rivalry formed between the two, which eventually caused the Great Schism, sort of like a civil war between Elites and Brutes, the other species had to choose a side, eventually, the only ally Sangheilis had were the humans, together they worked to defeat the Covenant loyalists, and stop the Prophet of Truth, after that, the Sangheili went home to their native world.

The Sangheili had a ranking system in the Covenant like other species, but were more like leaders, even the lowest rank, the Sangheili Minor, commanded a lance of Grunts and Jackals, the other ranks, Major, Officer, Ultra, Zealot, General, and the highest, Field Marshal, other ranks existed as well, these ones appeared in Halo Reach.
Sangheilis could also hold the title of Arbiter, a couple notable ones were Ripa 'Moramee, and Thel 'Vadamee.
