– ease a bit yo, at the end of movements through a few “Add tweened frame” 67 or 90 there to EASE out so its not so, just constant of a speed until a character just stops dead
– speaking of constant speed, don’t be afraid to PAUSE on a frame for a second, the entire flow is so constant here its almost tough to get what’s happening without watching a few times

also, you’d benefit from using tweening until you can practice more and better understand smooth/easing principles
